Wow you have Eddie in your sig mate, fantastic.
Well I mainly listen to powermetal, and that includes bands like Dio and Iron Maiden who were the founders. My favourite bands are probably Dragonforce, powerquest, Hammerforce, Rhapsody, Iron Maiden, Dio, Metallica, Helloween, Iced Earth, well I cannot remember them all.

Iron maiden is the greatest band to see live ever, there is just no competition.

As for Lordi, I had heard them before the contest, and to tell you the truth there are other bands out there who do similar things, and have done before and Lordi are not the greatest in that genre by a long way.

Edit: Just a quick note, if you get a chance watch this video not only are they a fantastic band the video is just exceptionally cool

I totally respect Black Label Society (especially Zakk Wylde), but I never could tolerate Godsmack.
