Today's song of the day "I shall be free" by Kid Beyond.
He beat boxes and loops all of his songs, so every sound in the song comes from his mouth.
http://kidbeyond.com his myspace has his tracks on it.

Jonathan Coulton is amazing. His music is all under the creative commons licsence. Aside from that, I like Mushroomhead, Ministry, Rammstein, Stabbing westward, and virtually everything industrial. (Coulton is neither) Apocalyptica is awesome too.

"First of may" by Jonathan coulton: lyrics aren't safe for work or small children

Heeyyy, I like Lordi, the site alone could be a video game  :D  I can't find where to listen to a couple of songs as of yet but I'm tired so maybe tomorrow. I need some new stuff for my Ipod    Anyone know currently where any free music is? I don't mean rip off sites but some decent free heavy metal preferably. I don't mind off bands as long as they have put their music together well. There is nothing for me to buy in the way of music, I have over the years bought anything I've liked so all that's left is finding new bands.

Cheers,

Paul

well my computer is being stupid (as usual) and it won't load your video

i'll listen to pretty much anything, but i tend to stay away from rap and really poppy stuff
but give me some hard rock/metal any day ;)

Hip Hop (all day everyday)
Acid Jazz
Funk
Drum N Bass
Soul
Reggae/Dancehall

Rap sucks. If I wanted to listen to computer generated crap, I could make it on my own. Actually writing the notes to the buitar and bass, and writing out the drum beats and your own lyrics takes talent, Rappers are wannabe poets who coudln't make it. Why? Their stuff is horrible.

Creedence Clearwater Revival, best band ever.

Oy, obvious stereotyping with massive lack of perspective. 9_9
