I'm reminded by this crappy library computer of why FireFox rox. Haven't really customized it yet, but one add-on I've liked is that video ripping one, to grab videos off of You-Tube and other sites so you can put them on your iPod or whatever. A bunch better than paying to buy a music video >_>

 Less spyware\adware let throughs
 Fewer crashes
 Many more options\addons\plugins
 Smoother browsing
 Faster browsing
 Looks better
 Isn´t IE
 Isn´t IE

And just for the sake of it, anyone who states that Microsoft still leads the market with IE in numbers of users, well, unfortunately this is true. However, IE is required to run MS updates and is a must use, although, I´m hearing through the grape vine, others will be able to update without IE.

Hello,

Its the new guy weighing in on FF. I have been using FF for sometime now and just love it. Before our IT department put it on all the PC's at work I was using the portable version.  ;) The only reason I use IE now is to check compatibility we updating pages on the Uni's website.

Why yes Paul i have tried it and it is shaping up to be a great browser. The ver i tried was beta so there were bugs, but I can not complian to much about it.

On a side note if you really want to check out a neat browser and you are into the whole social networking thing (flicker, facebook, myspace, blogging, etc) check out flock. This browser has come a long ways since i fist checked it out a year ago.
