Looks like my Gimp sucks.. I just checked every option on my menus and I simply cannot find it.

Using 2.2.11
No GAP

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

Sorry Damascus and Darth.  I don't know why your GIMP doesn't have it.  This isn't something that's new...in fact, I've had it in several GIMP versions.  Hopefully, you'll be able to figure out where it went.  It's a very useful application, as you can tell!
I'd rate you as an upper-middle-lower-mod with pro-novice-inter tendencies.....and a twist of lime!  Of course, my rating scale is completely objectively subjective, but ALWAYS consistently inconsistent.

Thanks, Jethro and sorry.  Maybe we can get someone who knows script-fu to write a script for it.  I just googled Filter All Layers and can't find anything about it missing from certain installs.

I'm using 2.2.13, but I've had it in several versions before.

Ok, I just found out what the problem is:  This feature gets installed on your system when you install GAP (the GIMP Animation Plugin).  I've used GIMP and GAP for so long I wasn't aware that the Filter All Layers came as a part of GAP.  My apologies for the confusion.  I'll modify the tutorial later to state this.  Please keep in mind that if you don't currently have GAP installed and you're afraid to because of its difficulties, go ahead and install it so you can experience some good things!  JKM, since you were able to do my Animated Snowfall tutorial (nice job, BTW!), I would think it would be installed already on your computer.  This is really strange now.

Sorry for the confusion, everyone.
