Looks damn good to me! What software did you use?
One niggling thing, and it is totally my opinion, but I would blur the highlights & maybe cut the opacity on the eye highlights. IMO it would give a more realistic feel to the eyes.

To me that looks more realistic. Now you got me wanting to tinker with Blender.
