1.) Follow this tutorial. Make it a silvery blue color.

2.) Merge all layers and duplicate. Layer > Transform > Rotate 180 degrees. Filters > Map > Make Seamless. Layer > Transform > Offset. Hit the Offset by x/2, y/2 button. Subtract 25 (or a random number around that amount) or so from each number. Set layer mode to Hard Light.

3.) Filters > Map > Warp the bottom layer with itself. Then warp the top layer with itself.

4.) New layer. Fill with medium green. Set layer mode to Color. Set layer opacity to 75. Layer > Colors > Desaturate on the middle layer (and only that layer).

Boy, someone is sure busy!  Thanks a bunch for this and all your other works.  Us GIMPers are better off as a result of good folks like you!  ;D

Art
I'd rate you as an upper-middle-lower-mod with pro-novice-inter tendencies.....and a twist of lime!  Of course, my rating scale is completely objectively subjective, but ALWAYS consistently inconsistent.
